A portrait, like the Mona Lisa, can transmit the artist’s feeling to us from across time; just so, a tantra can transmit the most perfect feeling, bliss and emptiness, the original innocence and transcendence of sentient life.

Tantra
Some dharma teachings are very precise. Just reciting the teaching causes the mind to form precise images about the body, its internal organs and the mind resulting in a very profound and visceral state of supreme bliss and emptiness. It becomes an instant shift in consciousness for the practitioner. Just the recitation of the teaching causes the precise realization of all the buddhas of the three times. This sort of teaching is a tantra. Any teaching other than this is not a tantra. A tantra, a real, truly authentic tantra, is a very special document which is only stored in the mind of a very special and unique sort of master with a lineage centered around Mount Kailash in Tibet. Holders of real tantra are sworn to utter secrecy. Any tantra being taught openly is not tantra.
Once you come to grips with the implications of my statement, it becomes pretty obvious that the general perceptions about tantra are completely wrong. Practicing tantra is simply a matter of reciting the tantra internally and doing the visualization. I say, “simply,” but what is going on internally is something truly amazing and wonderful. You are completely released from the soreness of samsaric existence. Your body gains a blissful feeling. All phenomena appear as blissful forms. Nothing received by awareness causes any vein of tension. You feel relaxed and happy in any situation. Your present is transformed into a pleasure paradise, a pure land, heaven, etc.
An authentic tantra is like a password that decrypts a cipher. It is a very special sort of password that requires the itinerant entrant to visualize a particular set of images and sounds in a particular order. When the visualization is clear, the door to a different dimension opens and you are instantly there. After a few tries coming and going, you come to a point of no coming and no going, buddhahood, jivan mukti, the highest realization of godhead, seeing the truth of cause and effect, etc. A tantra is a holy grail. Another way of thinking about it is that samsara is a virus, and a tantra is the antivirus. I like to think of tantra as technology for the transference of consciousness. You can literally download a buddha into your mind.
So when people talk about tantra in terms of reciting mantras or performing particular actions, they are only talking about wannabe tantra, ahem, preparatory tantra (in some instances), but (in other instances) full-blown chicanery, shenanigans, charlatanism, self-deceived so-called self-realized teachers with a made up lineage. If you don’t have the lineage of transmission and ultimate realization in one, you don’t have tantra.
If you you don’t have a tantra, you don’t have the means for enlightenment in this life, and you will wander in the warp of birth, old-age, sickness and death forever.
So I was just reading this http://them.polylog.org/3/fcs-en.htm article about Buddhist view of social justice. It’s a bit academic, but at the end he poses these questions:
“What would a detailed theory of Buddhist social justice consist of? What would a just society look like from the Buddhist point of view? These are obviously extremely complex questions, far beyond the scope of this article. My goal here has been to show that these questions can be asked from a Buddhist point of view – indeed, that they urgently need to be posed – and that an attempt at an answer, however tentative, is in fact long overdue.”
A yogi’s view is orders of magnitude higher than worldly persons of even the highest intellectual caliber. A yogi is operating from a different dimension entirely, that of nonduality. Nonduality is a radical departure from the fundamental precept of society, I, you, us, them, etc. A Nondualist transcends duality completely, without even rejecting duality. Nonduality is described in the sutras as a panacea. Once the nondual view has registered within one’s psyche, a radical transformation of consciousness takes place. Society is implicitly transformed from the radical change in each individual. A metaphor used is like a mushroom. The wisdom almost literally mushrooms throughout society. Another is that it blossoms like a lotus, shines like the sun, is radiant and cool like the moonlight. That all things are like a moon in water.
You are being nudged in the direction of a radical change, a radical maturation, as radical as the change between a child and adult, more radical. Just like children form playmates and the schoolyard functions as it does and adult marketplaces function as they do, the place of enlightened beings establishes its own etiquette and order. To understand it, you have go there.
Try to keep up with me folks. It’s pretty easy if you like to follow along and I know you love to follow a string of letters; nothing could be more enjoyable.
Now is when I drop the super-deep knowledge on ya. No one gave me permission to say this, nor can they stop me. Dragging myself up by my one good arm, my other clinging to a bloody stump, nothing to stop me from revealing the highest ultimate inconceivable wisdom. And I can do it in a paragraph.
All minds are exactly like optical lenses, except, here, the lens is a consciousness. The ultimate lenses are self-aware experiences: 1) bliss, is aware of its own bliss; 2) clarity, is aware of its clarity, and 3) voidness is aware of its own voidness. First bliss, then clarity and voidness are peered into and the ultimate nature of experience voids the internal mental cause of all tensions, stress, suffering, attachment, etc. This is the Great Perfection, the perfection of wisdom, the perfection of beauty, the perfection of joy, the perfection of perfection.
Therefore, the future is now! If you imagine a futurely heaven, a better tomorrow, something to hope for, hope! Hope! I’m telling you, you fools all got it wrong. Hope. That is one sorry stupid way to screw yourself good. No. There’s no need for hope. There’s no need for fear. Now. Now. Right now is perfect peace, perfect harmony. This very body is absolute truth. Can you dig it?
Did you know there are cryptographers that can use an image as the means of encrypting a message?
What if one could store the signature that would unlock a particular stream of consciousness within an image thunk by the mind?
The interdependence between mind and nature expressed in the phenomenon of blue and the feeling of blue dictates the particulars of image aesthetics used for the transfer of consciousness.
Only when one has achieved a level of consciousness can one know how to represent that stream aesthetically.
That such images exist, which provide the complete transfer of an enlightened stream of consciousness, shows that the method originates with the enlightened being.
That these images have a cause and effect relationship with our own minds indicates that we have inherent enlightened potential, which, in turn, indicates a primordial non-separation from buddha-nature.
The instant power of such imagery is the meaning of “tantra,” a storage device for a particular consciousness, the Buddha Vajradhara, the ultimate nature of mind.
Imagine there were a group of
Troubadores of sorts
Who traveled through the minds
Combined to the cultural meme,
Everyone, whenever, always
Imagine they could play during any time using any medium
To give a special gift,
The gift of the quitessential experience of the consciousness continuum
What is this experience? You might ask.
Sounds vague, you might say.
But I assure you, it is not.
It is a visceral passion like no other.
It is the art of perfect vision into essence bindu inside of the heart and recognizing the ultimate beauty…
Compassion-emptiness-bliss,
The Mahamudra,
Perfection.
What if there were picture so perfect in its beauty,
Just thinking of it, even its mere sillouette,
Would emit a powerful sensation of happiness in you?
And you would enjoy a well-being unmatached by even the security of an all-powerful being?

Passwords to Enlightenment
You know there is a type of encryption that uses images to secret information within color and shape? In the world of 3D graphics and holographics this takes on a whole new meaning. Wouldn’t it be amazing if there were a way to implant a particular set of thoughts and images into your brain that would reprogram your mind to experience constant bliss?
What if our world is exactly like a cipher? What if true happiness is encrypted into this mix of madness, suffering and pleasure? If you were to know the decryption key, heaven would not be something to be achieved in the afterlife. Deathlessness would not be some vague theory based on ancient texts. Like a password that opens the gates of heaven.
Sounds crazy does it not? Weird fantasy. But it’s not. What if I were to tell you there is no need for any technological innovation or forward scientific thinking? All you need is information. You need the text of the instructions told to you, from mouth to ear. That is all. I’m telling you all that there is a particular set of words and phrases describing images in such a way to reveal a deeply profound sense of bliss.
These “passwords” to enlightenment are closely guarded and protected by certain groups of people. They are only revealed to those who qualify. All you have to do to qualify is show genuine interest and demonstrate both diligence and trustworthiness.
In the coming years, technocrats and tech-savvy philosophers will be pushing their views of using tech, bio-tech, drug tech, nano-tech, and AI (Artificial Intelligence) to create immersive experiences with the goal of causing the experience of ecstasy that transcends the level of a sexual experience and enters into the realm of ecstatic consciousnesses that were only possible by ingesting psychedelic drugs. But their sort of revolutionary thinking will result in the demise of real bliss. Anyone who allows their body to be altered by these tech enthusiasts will be cut off from the possibility of true joy.
What these philosophers and speculators fail to realize is that they do not have all the information. They are operating on Darwinian theories that do not account for the total case. They think they have mapped a straight line from microbes to present day human beings. So they think we probably have farther to go in our evolution, and in that sense, sky’s the limit. No one has stopped to think we might have already gone as far as we are going to go or that we might actually have been more advanced in the past and now we are devolving.
What evidence might there be that we have evolved to a highest possible human level? One piece of evidence in this respect comes from the lineage of Buddhists who have mastered the human body as a jump off into permanent blissfulness. They have also demonstrated in their historical record that it keeps getting more difficult for humans to attain this state, and fewer and fewer humans have the physical and mental faculties to accomplish it. In this scheme, the use of external technologies to mimic bliss is a sign of further degradation of the human condition.
If the trend continues, the one thing that can actually make you happy will be lost in the sands of time. The Buddhist lineages teach that the human body is precious. It is like a vase full of ambrosia. Tweaking the nervous system with electronics will pitch the electrical frequencies out of tune and the ambrosia will spoil.
All these educated fools with their fancy schools, fancy degrees, fancy logos, and fancy friends are driving the world toward a totally dooming nihilistic absurdity. I’m telling everyone who has the good sense to listen up: I’m over here in San Francisco with the password to enlightenment, the decryption key that will dissolve your pain and suffering and will set ablaze the fires of bliss in your gut, in your heart, in your bones and fill your mind with thoughts of love and joy. I’m talking to you, Parag Khanna. I’m talking to you, Jason Silva. And especially you, Ray Kurzweil. Ray Kurzweil is on record that his ambitions come from his sense of loss when his father died. He wants to see him again, not in heaven, but in a VR game. His stupid attachment for daddy has sparked off this movement and this idiot fringe of futurists is becoming mainstream due to Kurzweil’s past financial success.
The Singularity, the merger of human and tech, the infusion of tech into the nature of the elements themselves is not a forgone conclusion. It is certainly not a forgone conclusion that these things are wise. The merger of technology of human tissue will amount to murder of the Buddha-nature. The movement to get all humans to accept this transition will be genocide of the Buddha-nature. So the future tech thinkers need to reconsider all these things they are promoting.
What is needed now, right now, right this very moment, is a counter-offensive against these futurists. I’m in no way promoting a Luddite view. But wisdom must be a foundation of futurism. “When wisdom is clear, everything is clear. When confusion is clear, nothing is clear,” said Mahasiddha Saraha. Tech must be contextualized within the matrix of wisdom. Then tech can achieve wholesome ends to benefit beings, rather than destroy them as these futurists intend.
What is needed now is for people to join me and learn this wisdom tradition (and others like it) so that there is a significant enough population of experienced dharma practitioners to express enough dissent against the futurists. They are wrong because they are eternalists, hoping for immortality and endless pleasure, and because they are nihilists, denying the law of moral cause and effect. They don’t know that yet, because they think they want to help, but they don’t know that their view of the human body would result in the destruction its good qualities.
Right now the number of people who are genuinely dedicated to upholding the functional continuum of human bliss could be counted on one hand missing a few fingers. Hey folks, come to San Fran and get some bliss before its gone. It is going fast.
Every corner you cut to get to happiness takes you one step farther away from it.
Professionalism favors the prosecution I’m afraid. The feigned super-sane crook of a grin cellophane shimmer to prevent a glimpse into the slow boiling stone of hatred, the shit smelling disgust for all of us.
There is an anti-rage movement going on, an attempt to suppress righteous indignation, you always hear the famous police state phrase wrapped in the euphemism of a peremptory strike by F-16 fighters, “Remain calm,” “be calm,” “calm down,” and I just look at their blank unbelievable faces and reply, “freak out. Be reasonable, man, just… freak out.” It is plain to anyone who sees that the rational affidavit faces are holding back an ax swing. Reason is my religion. And my anti-calm righteous rage is an exercise in my right to religion. And this religion does and will break the mores of the dominant prevailing religious views, as I am apt to profess, it is okay to eat crumpets with espresso instead of tea. It is okay to go mad. This madness is the fruit of being held down and tickled so we open our mouths wide open and big brother can sit on it and fart into it. The highest strata of societal cunning is that flatulent older brother. That tortures and humiliates as a weekend pastime.
